When you make an appointment, that time is set aside for you. Late notice cancellations or failure to attend your appointment limits availability for other clients. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice during business hours is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Please note that cancellations or re-schedules made with less than 48 hours notice will incur either a late cancellation fee of $100 OR forfeiting one nutrition session from your package . Missed appointments will incur the full appointment fee OR forfeiting one nutrition session from your package. This is payable before further appointments can be made and will not be covered by your private health fund or Medicare.
